Happy 30th Jonathan!

My heart. My firstborn. My Jonathan.

Today you are 30.

How did we get here my sweet son? The time has passed so quickly, it takes my breath away. I remember so clearly, the first time I held you in my arms, my son, my heart. I was completely unprepared for how my life would change, ALL for the better because God gave me you.

I am beyond proud of the man you have become. You have walked through the valley more than once and each time you come out on the other side stronger, filled with wisdom and empathy for others who face hard things. You are tenacious and you have never quit on yourself or us. PTL!!!

You are a man of honor, deep faith, incredible intelligence, and efficacious humor, and a goof ball of the highest order! You were the BEST big brother Courtney could have ever hoped for, protective and loving. She was blessed to have you J-man. Truly blessed.

Happy Birthday Jonathan Douglas Lenaburg!! I cannot wait to see where God leads you. Your Dad and I love you more than you will ever know. Thank you Lord for this unbelievable gift .
