  1. Unfortunately we aren't in a position for donating after recently receiving bills for our dd's recent 8 day hospitalization (and that was a one time thing…though we are still buying meds which can be outrageous). On top of this there are other issues I can't get into. The reason I am even saying this is because through reading your blog and all of your ups and downs…you have really shown me that God is in control and we will be alright. I may have stress, but I don't have fear. I can't imagine having these sorts of bills flowing through all the time. So, while I can't donate. I want to thank you for what you have given the rest of us and will continue to pray that all your needs be met. Every time I dish out my dd's meds this weekend I will pray for you and Courtney. Peace

    1. Oh my sweet friend, thank you so much for every happy thought and prayer sent up on our behalf. They are so appreciated. Truly they are more than you will ever know. things are difficult for so many these days and I know we are not alone being stressed with these bills. Anytime anyone donates, says a prayer, offers to help in any way shape or form, I thank GOD for the tremendous blessing in that moment. Yes, our needs will be met. It will take time and much sacrifice but in the end Courtney's needs will be met. They always have been and I have no doubt they will be again. So be at peace my friend. Care for your girl and love on her. Know that every penny spent is worth it. We will be praying for you and your family as well. It is an honor to do so. Blessings and Grace to you all <3

  2. This touched my heart on so many levels Mary. I unfortunately have rough days and grow angry with our Lord and having to give up dreams of our special needs daughter walking down the aisle or growing a family. These words that you so candidly wrote have inspired me to give over everything. Our crosses are so very hard but you are right in saying that if you didn't, you would fall into despair. Blessings.
