All Soul’s Day

All souls day…a day to reflect and remember those who have gone on before us…a day to remind ourselves that one day we too shall die, so we must live our very best life, ready to go home whenever we are called…a day for prayer while walking through the fields of stones etched with the names someones father, mother, sister or brother…they were loved…they were treasured…they are missed.

My dad, Joseph, my father-in-law Don and my daughter Courtney, forever together, forever loved, forever reminding me that life is worth living, through the pain and challenges that come, through the laughter and the light, when one lives with the HOPE of eternal life…these two lived everyday with that HOPE and they left behind a legacy of courage, bravery and unconditional love.

Eternal rest grant unto them,
O Lord, and let perpetual light
shine upon them. May the souls
of all the faithful departed, through
the mercy of God, rest in peace.
